Using layout template 2 and altering it. Keeping the logo and tag-line
consistent. Aligning the navigation with the boxes below. Maybe
I might try and move the Facebook feed under the Twitter feed
to create more space for the imagery.

Moved the Facebook feed and Twitter feed on the right side.
Helps structure information and makes it easier to read
for the viewers. I might add some padding to the boxes as
the text are too close to the edge. Also trying to align the
navigation bar with the body text.
Changed the hover colour. Also linked the resource page to the home page
(vice versa). I found that the image looks a little out of place at the top
corner, so I will have to play around with that.
