Concept Mockup Homework - Jannyne

Because I was away for the weekend and wasn't able to make it to class this Monday, I made sure to speak to Rebecca to make recap what happened in class and what homework I needed to do.

After some discussion, we've decided to approach this brief using a stylistic/minimalistic graphic style.

We will be frequently using Illustrator as effective for the style that we want to achieve.

Drawing shadows.

Transferring it to photoshop.

I wanted to create a visual rhetoric as well as a visual connection to the text. This concept shows a juxtaposition of comfort and restraint. I also tried to limit my color scheme from those Rebecca found at our research stage. At the moment it is a very rough draft and is open to further development later on.
